We blend a variety of olives to create our award-winning ‘Signature’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olives are harvested during peak ripeness, then cold-pressed and bottled immediately on our farm in Yarrawonga, Victoria. Smooth, buttery, and rich in flavour and colour, with aromas of freshly-cut grass, crisp fruit, and a lingering peppery finish.
Enjoy it
Drizzle over salads, soup or steamed greens. Use it for frying, baking and as a substitute for butter in all of your recipes. Stir through pasta or serve with freshly baked bread dipped in dukkah.

The whole family loves the taste of this olive oil. We bought it now a second time as the 10 L container turned out to fit in easily in any pantry. Easy drip means that oil can be directly added to pan or casserole. This avoids wastage from transferring the oil to a bottle. This is a very good buy!
