Can I Return Or Exchange My Order?
We want you to love your Rich Glen products as much as we do.
For purchases made other than via richglenoliveoil.com, please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their returns policy. We only accept returns of products purchased through richglenoliveoil.com.
Rich Glen will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged. If you’ve used more than 25% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
If you change your mind about the product(s) you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your product(s) purchased can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in the original condition.
- Products must be sent back within 14 days from original receipt of goods.
- Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.
- Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged such as gift vouchers, promotional items and perishable food.
The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.
Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number and the reason for your return request. Please be sure to return your products to the correct address. Read below for the correct return address.

If there is a problem when receiving your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with the appropriate refund or replacement. To enable the Customer Service team to efficiently address your enquiry, please provide your order number, full name and contact details.
How To Return Or Exchange My Order?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
