SHIPPING POLICY
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 4-14 business days. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
Domestic and International orders under $150 AUD will incur an automatically calculated delivery charge for standard shipping. Shipping on orders of $150 AUD or more receive free shipping up to $25 AUD value. If the shipping charge for an order over $150 AUD exceeds $25 AUD you will only pay for the difference. Our 20L and 10L Extra Virgin Olive Oil and E-Gift Cards are excluded from Free Shipping.
During Free Shipping or Express Shipping offers, the minimum order amount and shipping discount amount may be altered at any time.
CAN I SEND MY ORDER OVERSEAS?
We currently ship orders to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Norfolk Island, Fiji, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong SAR, India, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, and Germany.
If you live outside of these regions but still want to place an order, there may be additional rules or regulations on some of our products.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please call +61 3 574 33776 or email orders@richglenoliveoil.com immediately. Please note that our customer service department is closed on Saturday, Sunday and most public holidays. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped. See returns and exchanges for information about sending products you've ordered back to us.
