We blend a variety of olives to create our award-winning ‘Signature’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olives are harvested during peak ripeness, then cold-pressed and bottled immediately on our farm in Yarrawonga, Victoria. Smooth, buttery, and rich in flavour and colour, with aromas of freshly-cut grass, crisp fruit, and a lingering peppery finish.
Enjoy it
Drizzle over salads, soup or steamed greens. Use it for frying, baking and as a substitute for butter in all of your recipes. Stir through pasta or serve with freshly baked bread dipped in dukkah.

Perfect
There is a reason we buy this by the 10L - it's perfect for cooking, for dressing, for dipping. It is the perfect all rounder oil. Doesn't hurt that it's local(ish) too. Highly recommend.
