Taste it
We blend a variety of olives to create our award-winning ‘Signature’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olives are harvested during peak ripeness, then cold-pressed and bottled immediately on our farm in Yarrawonga, Victoria. Smooth, buttery, and rich in flavour and colour, with aromas of freshly-cut grass, crisp fruit, and a lingering peppery finish.
Enjoy it
Drizzle over salads, soup or steamed greens. Use it for frying, baking and as a substitute for butter in all of your recipes. Stir through pasta or serve with freshly baked bread dipped in dukkah.

This is really lovely oil with a nice flavour and is definitely first press. My only gripe is that when I first ordered it in May it was $60 plus postage for four litres, in August it went up again and my last order a few weeks ago it is now $75 before delivery. I only ordered it because I had some points to redeem and postage was free. Will not purchase again if the price goes up again as with postage it’s just too expensive.
