We blend a variety of olives to create our award-winning ‘Signature’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olives are harvested during peak ripeness, then cold-pressed and bottled immediately on our farm in Yarrawonga, Victoria. Smooth, buttery, and rich in flavour and colour, with aromas of freshly-cut grass, crisp fruit, and a lingering peppery finish.
Drizzle over salads, soup or steamed greens. Use it for frying, baking and as a substitute for butter in all of your recipes. Stir through pasta or serve with freshly baked bread dipped in dukkah.

Rich Glen extra ****** olive oil
I bought 4 litres and have so far used it for cooking, salad dressings, drizzled on dips, and tasted from a spoon. I was looking for better quality at a similar price to the Cobram product available via Coles. The Rich Glen, after shipping to Tasmania, was slightly more expensive (10% or so) but definitely has more 'green' fruity aroma and a pleasingly intense rich finish on my palate.
