Poppy’s Favourite Dressing is a Rich Glen family favourite with a name that holds a special double meaning. Created in the early days as a way to showcase the extra virgin olive oil we were so proud of, it was one of the very first products in what would become our range. I still remember standing in the factory with my dad, Max, and my father-in-law, Franc Vodusek, experimenting and tasting until we found just the right balance. They both loved those original batches, so naming it “Poppy’s Favourite” felt only natural, not only for the poppy seeds in the dressing, but as a tribute to the two beloved men our children lovingly called Poppy. Simple, versatile and made to be shared, it’s delicious drizzled over a fresh green salad or served alongside corned beef.

More than just a dressing, it represents where Rich Glen began, the importance of family, and the pride we pour into every bottle. All these years later, it remains our bestselling dressing, loved by customers across Australia who simply can’t get enough.
