RG Prawn Salad
Spring has sprung and we’re going to celebrate the beginning of the new season with our "signature" salad. This extremely easy prawn salad can be whipped up in a few minutes and is just yum with lashings of our Poppy's Favourite Dressing and topped with our Bush Tucker Dukkah.

Ingredients
- Big handful, fresh young green salad leaves
- Iceberg lettuce, washed and broken into pieces
- 24 large cooked Prawns, marinated for 20 mins with a sprinkle of Murray River Salt Flakes and Poppy’s Favourite Dressing
- 2 Spring Onions or sliced Salad Onion
- 1 Avocado, roughly chopped
- local Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 fresh ripe Mango, diced
- Lashing of Zesty Lemon & Lime Dressing
- Big sprinkle Bush Tucker Dukkah
- Extra drizzle of Poppy’s Favourite Dressing
Directions
- Toss all salad ingredients & prawns together, adding Zesty Lemon & Lime Dressing
- Arrange on large serving platter
- Drizzle with a little Poppy’s Favourite Dressing
- Sprinkle with our nutty Bush Tucker Dukkah
