Spring has sprung and we’re going to celebrate the beginning of the new season with our "signature" salad. This extremely easy prawn salad can be whipped up in a few minutes and is just yum with lashings of our Poppy's Favourite Dressing and topped with our Bush Tucker Dukkah.

Ingredients
Big handful, fresh young green salad leaves
Iceberg lettuce, washed and broken into pieces
24 large cooked Prawns, marinated for 20 mins with a sprinkle of Murray River Salt Flakes and Poppy’s Favourite Dressing
