RG Prawn Salad

Spring has sprung and we’re going to celebrate the beginning of the new season with our "signature" salad. This extremely easy prawn salad can be whipped up in a few minutes and is just yum with lashings of our Poppy's Favourite Dressing and topped with our Bush Tucker Dukkah

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes


  • Big handful, fresh young green salad leaves
  • Iceberg lettuce, washed and broken into pieces
  • 24 large cooked Prawns, marinated for 20 mins with a sprinkle of Murray River Salt Flakes and Poppy’s Favourite Dressing
  • 2 Spring Onions or sliced Salad Onion
  • 1 Avocado, roughly chopped
  • local Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 fresh ripe Mango, diced  
  • Lashing of Zesty Lemon & Lime Dressing
  • Big sprinkle Bush Tucker Dukkah
  • Extra drizzle of Poppy’s Favourite Dressing


  1. Toss all salad ingredients & prawns together, adding Zesty Lemon & Lime Dressing
  2. Arrange on large serving platter  
  3. Drizzle with a little Poppy’s Favourite Dressing 
  4. Sprinkle with our nutty Bush Tucker Dukkah
