Ingredients
500g prawns peeled and deveined
½ avocado peeled and sliced
1 mango peeled and sliced
½ red onion finely sliced
250g mixed lettuce
1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
2 tablespoons Rich Glen Poppy’s Favourite dressing
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Drizzle with Rich Glen’s Poppy’s Favourite Salad Dressing.
Using salad tongs, give the salad a gentle mix until ingredients are well combined.
