Olive Blossom Honey
Crystallisation of honey is a gift of nature and is proof of the rawness of the honey. Please note that the batch of honey we are currently selling in 1KG jars has crystallised and is a smooth & spreadable consistency. Since our honey is 100% natural, crystallisation can occur. If you prefer it runny, simply put the jar in some hot water or microwave the jar without the lid on in 20-second intervals until it reaches the desired level of runniness. What is crystallisation? Honey crystallisation, also known as granulation or candying, is a natural process. It does not affect the quality of the honey; it only changes its texture and colour. Raw honey, if properly stored, will be good to eat indefinitely.
Fruity and floral Olive-leaf Honey. Naturally sweet, rich in anti-oxidants and purely cold spun!
Stir through tea and coffee, add to baking recipes as a natural sugar alternative or simply enjoy on some freshly buttered toast.
