Carefully selected young green olives from our Yarrawonga Estate that flows along the mighty Murray River. Picked and pressed just days before reaching peak ripeness, gives a vibrant green colour, lively herbaceous spices, and complex aromas of fresh aniseed with a peppery pungency that lingers nicely on the palate. This years Early Harvest is the Coratina variety.
