I was gifted a bottle of Orange Citrus Zest Olive Oil by friends from Wodonga and wondered what I would do with it. Then I had a light bulb moment! I make biscuits using a packet of Black and Gold (generic brand in SA) Vanilla or Butter Cake Mix, 1 extra large egg, dash of vanilla and 4 x 20ml tablespoons of oil. I substituted the Canola Oil with the Orange Zest Oil and it made the most beautiful lightly orange citrus flavoured biscuits and you could smell the orange in the kitchen as they cooked. Everyone rates them 10/10. I have just taken delivery of another few bottles for my cooking and for friends as gifts.
