About Agrumato Lemon Lime Olive Oil

We first tasted a true Agrumato oil in Adelaide in the 90s, and it left a lasting impression. The freshness, the vibrancy, it was unlike anything we’d experienced. Back home, we had beautiful lemon and lime trees growing on the property, alongside our olives. So at harvest, we decided to press them together with our best fruit. The result was extraordinary, vibrant, zesty and bursting with flavour. We entered it into the Royal Melbourne Show, where it was awarded Best Victorian Product, a proud moment that confirmed we had created something truly special. Every time I use this oil, it takes me back to the pressing stage, the intense aroma of citrus and olives being crushed together, filling the air. It’s incredibly vibrant, deeply fragrant and unmistakably fresh. That moment is what we’ve captured in every bottle. You’ll love it.
