Zesty Lemon Bliss Balls

Ingredients
- 6 Medjool Dates
- 1 1/2 Cups Cashews
- 1/2 Cup Crushed Nuts
- 100g Almond Meal
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 2-3 Serves Collage Powder (optional)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until well combined and the mixture resembles a fine but sticky crumb texture.
- Using about a tablespoon size of mixture, roll into balls and place on a serving plate.
- Once all the mixture has been used, refrigerate for 1-2 hours for the bliss balls to set, ENJOY!
