Zesty Lemon Bliss Balls

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 Medjool Dates
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cashews
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed Nuts
  • 100g Almond Meal
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 2-3 Serves Collage Powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until well combined and the mixture resembles a fine but sticky crumb texture. 
  2. Using about a tablespoon size of mixture, roll into balls and place on a serving plate. 
  3. Once all the mixture has been used, refrigerate for 1-2 hours for the bliss balls to set, ENJOY!
*Bliss Balls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days
