The BEST Garlic Bread

You love garlic? You're one of us!

You've just stumbled across your favourite new garlic bread recipe. Whether you're pairing it with pasta, pizza, or simply relishing your love for garlic, this delightful creation is bound to win your heart.

  1. Pre heat Oven to 180° degrees celsius.
  2. Cut the Sourdough Loaf in half lengthways and set aside.
  3. To a medium bowl add the Rich Glen Wild Garlic Olive Oil, fresh parsley, chives and a sprinkle of River Salt.
  4. Stir to combine well.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto the sourdough bread.
  6. Top with the cheeses.
  7. Place bread onto a lined baking tray and place into the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and starts to become golden. 
  8. Once cooked place onto a serving board and chop into slices and ENJOY!
