Veggie Frittata

Deliciously, healthy, easy veggie frittata - perfect for any meal! The secret ingredient is our Basil Lime Thyme Olive Oil! Say hello to your favourite new recipe!

  1. Heat oil in a small ovenproof frypan, add capsicum, and onion, and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add tomato and kale, season with Garlic Salt, and cook for 2 minutes or until kale is wilted and tomato has softened. Add egg and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until combined. Sprinkle over the feta, then place the pan under the grill and cook for approx 5 minutes until set.
  3. Cool slightly in the pan, then carefully remove the frittata and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
