Smashed Avo, Eggs & Cherry RG Sticky Balsamic
My family loves this delicious healthy “bruschetta” style eggs on toast for breaky or a Friday night dinner in front of the fire!

Ingredients
- 8 Free Range Farm Fresh Eggs
- 4 Slices Sourdough Bread, toasted
- 2 Avocados, smashed w/ a little fresh squeeze of lemon or lime
- 200gm Ross’ Cherry Tomatoes
- 60gm Feta Cheese, crumbled
- RG Sticky Balsamic Reduction
- 1 tbls. Yarrawonga Dukkah
- pinch of fresh Cracked Pepper and Salt Flakes
Directions
- Place smashed avocado onto lightly toasted bread; top with cherry tomatoes, feta, and poached eggs; drizzle with our Sticky Balsamic; and sprinkle with dukkah.
