Pumpkin and Caramelised Onion Pizza

Take your pizza night up a notch with this gourmet Pumpkin and Caramelised Onion Pizza.

Sweet Rich Glen Caramelised Onion Jam pairs perfectly with roasted pumpkin, creamy goat's cheese, and salty prosciutto. Topped with fresh rocket and a drizzle of olive oil, this pizza is a flavour sensation that's easy to make and sure to impress.

  • 2 pizza bases of your choice
  • 2-3 tbsp (per pizza) Rich Glen Caramelised Onion Jam
  • 60g shredded Parmesan
  • 100g goat's cheese, feta, or mozzarella ball
  • 2 ½ cups Kent pumpkin, cut into small chunks, skin left on
  • 1-2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tbsp Rich Glen Signature olive oil (EVOO)
  • 1 ½ cups shaved ham or prosciutto
  • 1 ½ cups rocket, for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper and add the pumpkin, then drizzle with olive oil and Cajun spice and toss to coat well.
  3. Place tray in the oven and cook for 15 minutes or until pumpkin is just tender.
  4. While the pumpkin is roasting, spread the Caramelised Onion Jam over both pizza bases (feel free to add more if you like a nice thick onion layer), along with the Parmesan.
  5. Once the pumpkin is cooked, add to the pizzas along with the goat's cheese and ham/prosciutto. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the base is cooked and the top is golden.
  6. Top with rocket leaves and a generous drizzle of olive oil, serve and enjoy!
