Mediterranean Spelt Fusilli Salad

A vibrant mix of cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, chickpeas, and feta, tossed in our signature extra virgin olive oil, topped with toasted pine nuts and fresh basil. A taste of the Mediterranean in every bite! Serve hot or cold.

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
  2. Once the pasta is cooked and cooled, add it to a large salad bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, Chilli Salt and Pepper, toss to coat.
  4. Add the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
  5. Top with fresh basil, and another generous drizzle of olive oil, and serve.

*The salad can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
