Homemade Walnut Pesto

This homemade pesto sauce is easy to make, and it’s good on just about everything, from pastas to pizzas to salads.

  1. Add the coriander, walnuts, cubed parmesan, olive oil, and garlic salt to a food processor.
  2. Blend on high, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides, and pulse until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Transfer the pesto to an airtight container, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), and store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
  4. Serve with crackers, on pizza, or folded through rice and pasta.
