Mango Salad w/ Verjus, Ginger & Vietnamese Mint
Fresh & crunchy salad, perfect for a family BBQ.Serves: 4

- 2 cups Natural Yoghurt
- 2 “in season” fresh mangoes, sliced
- 2 green mangoes, sliced
- ½ cup Stone’s Green Ginger Wine
- ½ cup Verjus
- 1 tsp Salt Flakes
- A few sprigs of chopped fresh Mint & Vietnamese Mint
- ½ cup Bush Tucker Dukkah
- Toss mango with fresh mint and salt flakes.
- Arrange on a large flat platter.
- Mix together yoghurt, verjus, and ginger wine.
- Drizzle over the mango and top with dukkah.
