Mango Salad w/ Verjuice, Ginger & Vietnamese Mint

Fresh & crunchy salad, perfect for a family BBQ.

  1. Toss mango with fresh mint and salt flakes.
  2. Arrange on a large flat platter.
  3. Mix together yoghurt, verjuice, and ginger wine.
  4. Drizzle over the mango and top with dukkah.
