Mango Salad w/ Verjus, Ginger & Vietnamese Mint

Fresh & crunchy salad, perfect for a family BBQ.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Natural Yoghurt
  • 2 “in season” fresh mangoes, sliced
  • 2 green mangoes, sliced
  • ½ cup Stone’s Green Ginger Wine
  • ½ cup Verjus
  • 1 tsp Salt Flakes
  • A few sprigs of chopped fresh Mint & Vietnamese Mint
  • ½ cup Bush Tucker Dukkah
Directions
  1. Toss mango with fresh mint and salt flakes.
  2. Arrange on a large flat platter.
  3. Mix together yoghurt, verjus, and ginger wine.
  4. Drizzle over the mango and top with dukkah.
