Lamb Skewers

Ingredients

  • Tzatziki
  • Rosemary & Sea Salt Flatbreads, Pitas, or Wraps

Directions

  1. Cut the lamb loin into thin slices and place them in a medium bowl.
  2. Add Rich Glen Lamb Roast Meat Rub and Rich Glen EVOO, then toss to coat the meat thoroughly.
  3. Thread the lamb slices onto skewers. (If using wooden skewers, soak them in a bowl of water for 10-15 minutes before adding the meat.)
  4. Heat a griddle pan over medium to high heat and spray it with Rich Glen EVOO spray.
  5. Place the lamb skewers on the griddle pan and cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  6. When the skewers are almost cooked, drizzle lemon juice over the meat.
  7. Once cooked, remove them from the heat and serve with flatbreads, pitas, or wraps, along with fresh toppings such as homemade tzatziki, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
