About Garlic Salt

We loved garlic salt growing up, we just didn’t love the supermarket ingredients, so we made our own.

Mum used garlic salt in the kitchen all the time, and before long I found myself reaching for it too. It’s one of those simple pantry staples that makes everything taste better. But when I finally stopped to read the ingredients on the supermarket version, I couldn’t believe how much unnecessary stuff was in there.

So we created our own Rich Glen Garlic Saltt, a clean, flavour-packed blend made with robust garlic, delicate local salt flakes and a touch of celery seed. The celery seed adds a fresh, savoury lift that balances beautifully with the garlic, creating a seasoning that’s simple, natural and incredibly moreish.
