Christmas Garlic & Rosemary Nut Mix
A delicious blend of raw cashews, almonds, and pretzels, coated in a perfect harmony of fresh rosemary, maple syrup, and a touch of garlic-infused olive oil. Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cups Raw Cashews
- 1 Cup Almonds
- 1 Cup Pretzels
- ¼ Cup Fresh Rosemary, chopped finely
- Pinch of Salt, to taste
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 ½ Tbsp Rich Glen Wild Garlic Garlic-Infused Olive Oil
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 180°C.
- Line a tray with baking paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Pour the mixture onto the baking tray. Place it in the oven to cook for about 15 minutes, remembering to mix the nuts after approximately 7 minutes. This ensures even cooking, preventing the nuts from burning around the tray edges.
- Once cooked and the nuts are golden, take them out of the oven and set aside to cool completely.
- Once cooled, transfer to a serving bowl, enjoy!
