Christmas Garlic & Rosemary Nut Mix

A delicious blend of raw cashews, almonds, and pretzels, coated in a perfect harmony of fresh rosemary, maple syrup, and a touch of garlic-infused olive oil. Easy to prepare and even easier to savour, this oven-baked treat is the ideal companion for gatherings or a satisfying snack any time. Bring along to your Christmas day festivities! 

*Nuts will keep in an airtight container in the cupboard for up to 1 week.

  1. Preheat Oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the baking tray. Place it in the oven to cook for about 15 minutes, remembering to mix the nuts after approximately 7 minutes. This ensures even cooking, preventing the nuts from burning around the tray edges.
  5. Once cooked and the nuts are golden, take them out of the oven and set aside to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, transfer to a serving bowl, enjoy!
