Pear & Pomegranate Christmas Salad

This gorgeous salad recipe is bursting with vibrant pomegranate, crisp pear, and crunchy walnuts! This salad will brighten up your holiday table, and liven up a regular weeknight dinner. Enjoy!

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, then add the pecans, walnuts, and RG Olive Blossom Honey. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until the honey becomes slightly sticky.
  2. Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool completely. Break it into chunks and set aside.
  3. On a large salad plate, combine the rocket, cabbage, and pear. Drizzle a generous amount of RG Pomegranate Balsamic over the salad.
  4. Add the nuts, goat cheese, and pomegranate arils, then serve immediately.
