Chilli Garlic Broccolini
Spice up your plate with this vibrant and flavourful Chilli Garlic Broccolini! A twist on a classic favourite, this dish is a perfect balance of heat, crunch, and freshness. Sautéed to perfection with our Wild Garlic olive oil, topped with a sprinkle of almonds to add a delicious crunch.

Ingredients
- 2 bunches of broccolini, trimmed
- 2 long red chilies, finely chopped
- 80g almond flakes, toasted and chopped
- 1 tbs Rich Glen signature olive oil
Roasted garlic dressing:
- 1 head garlic
- 100ml Rich Glen Wild Garlic extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced, zest finely grated
Directions
- For the garlic dressing, preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the garlic bulb in the center of a piece of foil. Drizzle with 2 tbs olive oil, enclose in foil, and roast for 30 minutes or until very soft. Cool
- Squeeze the garlic from the bulb. Place in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the Wild Garlic olive oil, lime juice, and zest. Season and stir to combine.
- Steam or boil the broccoli in salted water for a few minutes until just tender. Remove and arrange on a platter.
- Scatter over the chilies and almonds, then drizzle over the dressing.
