Chilli Garlic Broccolini

Spice up your plate with this vibrant and flavourful Chilli Garlic Broccolini! A twist on a classic favourite, this dish is a perfect balance of heat, crunch, and freshness. Sautéed to perfection with our Wild Garlic olive oil, topped with a sprinkle of almonds to add a delicious crunch.

Roasted garlic dressing:


  1. For the garlic dressing, preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the garlic bulb in the center of a piece of foil. Drizzle with 2 tbs olive oil, enclose in foil, and roast for 30 minutes or until very soft. Cool
  2. Squeeze the garlic from the bulb. Place in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the Wild Garlic olive oil, lime juice, and zest. Season and stir to combine.
  3. Steam or boil the broccoli in salted water for a few minutes until just tender. Remove and arrange on a platter.
  4. Scatter over the chilies and almonds, then drizzle over the dressing.
