This one bowl banana & choc chip bread will blow your mind!!
It’s made with bananas, milk and great quality olive oil, it does not get any easier to elevate your banana bread game!

Banana & Choc Chip Bread
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 270g milk
- 250g sugar
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 300g self raising flour
- 3 Tsp baking powder
- 120g chocolate chips
Directions
- Mash ripe bananas in a bowl and add olive oil, vanilla and sugar, together in a bowl. Fold in flour, baking powder. Mix in the chocolate chips and keep a quarter of the of them for the top.
- Bake in a loaf tin cake tin for 1 hour at 175°C, when ready sprinkle the remaining choc chips ontop.
