'Raw Honey' in its purest form. The presence of crystallisation is a natural indicator of raw honey.
Crystallised honey is just as edible and delicious as liquid honey, but if you don't like the texture of crystallised honey, do this.
Fill a large bowl with warm water, remove the lid of your honey, and let the jar sit until the honey warms, about 15 minutes.
Good to know... honey lasts forever!
