Oils and dressings
Just love the oils and salad dressings. I use the parmesan oil and some of the sticky balsamic to dip pieces of sourdough bread in. It's yummy.

I had previously been buying your caramelised onion jam from the Nathalia IGA which was always the consistency of a relish. The content of the jars this time was very thick with the mustard seeds all on the top, the onion underneath and the major part, a very heavy jelly, on the bottom. By the time I received the four jars of jam they had cost me just short of $20 per jar…a very expensive exercise and extremely disappointing especially as I had already given away a jar to extol your product before I had opened one of my own. Lots of uses for onion jam.
A great favourite with my family. I use it for cheese platters, serve with meat and also with my quiche and zucchini slice.
Loved it. Great with Lamb and mashed spud!
Oh boy! Add this to a platter of cheese & crackers or with a piece of steak. Just a bit different to other condiments & gives your food a real restaurant presentation & taste. Amazing!
