- Caramelised Onion Jam
- Milawa Blue Cheese
- 3 Crunchy Persimmons
- (in season between late February until end of June)
Directions
- Slice persimmons into rounds about 5mm thick.
- Spread blue cheese over rounds.
- Top with a tsp of Caramelized Onion Jam
