Caramelised Onion w/ Blue Cheese & Persimmon

A unique & tasty hors-d'oeuvre.

Serves: 6-8

  • Caramelised Onion Jam
  • Milawa Blue Cheese
  • 3 Crunchy Persimmons 
  • (in season between late February until end of June)
  1. Slice persimmons into rounds about 5mm thick.
  2. Spread blue cheese over rounds.
  3. Top with a tsp of Caramelized Onion Jam
