Zesty Steak Sandwich

Indulge in a delicious steak sandwich with thick-cut sourdough, juicy eye fillet steak, creamy avocado, fresh rocket, and tangy pickles. Finished with a drizzle of our Zesty Lemon Lime Dressing, this gourmet delight is perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Directions

  1. Heat a griddle pan on high. While waiting for it to heat, season the steak on both sides with a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper. 
  2. When the pan is hot, place the steak in and cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked to your liking. Four minutes per side will yield a medium steak that is still pink in the middle.
  3. While the steak is cooking on the second side, toast the sourdough and spread the avocado over it. Top with rocket and pickles.
  4. Once the steak is cooked, take it out of the pan and let it rest for 2 minutes. Then slice it thinly and divide between both sandwiches.
  5. Drizzle a generous amount of Rich Glen Zesty Lemon Lime Dressing over and enjoy!
