Prawn Tacos

This Mexican-inspired taco recipe is a flavour-packed punch. Make tonight taco night.


  • 500grams Prawns
  • 2 tbsp Rich Glen Bar-B-Q Meat Rub
  • Soft Tacos
  • Spinach
  • Corn
  • Cordiander
  • Cucumber
  • Seafood Sauce


  1. Mix the prawns with the Bar-B-Q Meat Rub and marinate in the fridge for 30mins.
  2. Skewer the prawns and grill on BBQ. At the same time, grill the soft tacos.
  3. Place a layer of spinach in the middle of the taco. Spoon in some corn, add the sliced cucumber, prawn, coriander. Top it off with seafood sauce and serve hot.
