- 500grams Prawns
- 2 tbsp Rich Glen Bar-B-Q Meat Rub
- Soft Tacos
- Seafood Sauce
- Mix the prawns with the Bar-B-Q Meat Rub and marinate in the fridge for 30mins.
- Skewer the prawns and grill on BBQ. At the same time, grill the soft tacos.
- Place a layer of spinach in the middle of the taco. Spoon in some corn, add the sliced cucumber, prawn, coriander. Top it off with seafood sauce and serve hot.
