The Story Behind Bar-B-Q Meat Rub

As a chef, I was always taught to rub extra virgin olive oil and salt onto meat before grilling. It’s simple, it works, and it brings out incredible flavour.

But I noticed there was nothing on the market that combined quality olive oil, salt and herbs into one ready-to-use blend, without fillers, preservatives or unnecessary ingredients.

So we created one. Simply rub your meat all over and grill. Easy, flavoursome, and made with ingredients you can trust. Nothing artificial. Just real ingredients

Our olives are grown, harvested, cold pressed and bottled at Rich Glen Olive Estate in Yarrawonga. Keeping the journey close means a fresher oil and a clearer connection to where it came from.
