Pasta Bake

Enjoy the hearty flavours of our Rich Glen Pasta Bake, a perfect blend of lean beef mince, smoky bacon, and a mix of beans, all simmered in a rich pasta sauce. Topped with melted mozzarella and fresh basil, this easy and comforting dish is sure to become a family favourite.

  • 1 Tbsp Rich Glen Signature Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 4 rashers short cut bacon, finely chopped
  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 700ml Rich Glen Pasta Sauce
  • 400g tin four bean mix
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • ½ Tbsp cumin
  • ½ Tbsp Cajun spice
  • 1-2 tsp garlic powder
  • 300g pasta of your choice
  • Basil leaves, for garnish
  • 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Small handful of breadcrumbs of your choice


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cook the pasta as per packet instructions.
  3. To a large ovenproof pan, add the olive oil, onion, and bacon, and cook until the onion starts to become translucent.
  4. Add the beef mince and cook until the mince is almost cooked through.
  5. Add the beans, spices, and Rich Glen Pasta Sauce, and mix thoroughly.
  6. Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  7. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the beef mixture, then combine.
  8. Top with a sprinkle of breadcrumbs and shredded cheese.
  9. Place into the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and golden.
  10. Remove from the oven, top with fresh basil leaves, a sprinkle of Rich Glen Chilli Salt, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
