Ros' Thai Spiced Chicken Thighs
This Thai Rub has quickly become one of my favourite products! Try it in this mouth watering succulent chicken thigh dish, brought to life with apple cider vineger and Thai Spice Rub, resulting in a meal that's comforting and utterly delicious!

Ingredients
- 10 chicken thighs, skin off
- 2 dsp Rich Glen Thai Spice Rub
- 125g unsalted butter
- 1 x 375ml alcoholic Apple Cider (the alcohol cooks out)
- Rich Glen Apple Sauce to serve
Directions
Rub the chicken with the spice rub.
Brown both sides in a hot pan.
Pour apple cider into the pan and cook for 30-40 minutes until the meat starts to pull apart.
Turn off the heat and stir in the butter for a velvety sauce.
Serve with Rich Glen Apple Sauce, enjoy!
