Olive Oil Gin Martini

The collab of the year! Echuca Distillery Gin meets Rich Glen’s (award winning, mind you) Early Harvest Olive Oil... we may be a little biased but it tastes absolutely amazing!

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Early Harvest Olive Oil Gin - find instore
  • 15 ml dry vermouth
  • Ice cubes
  • Green olive (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Place your martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
  2. In a mixing glass, combine the Early Harvest Olive Oil Gin and dry vermouth. Add ice cubes and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Discard the ice or water from your chilled martini glass, and strain the gin and vermouth mixture into the glass.
  4. Skewer a green olive and drop it into the glass as the garnish.
  5. This classic twist with an olive garnish brings out the savoury elements of your Early Harvest Olive Oil Gin! Enjoy!
