Maple Granola Crumble

    Ingredients

     Pears

    • 4-5 Pears
    • 1 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
    • 2-3 Tbsp Water

    Granola Crumble

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 180° degrees celsius.
    2. Peel & chop pears into small chunks.
    3. Add to a pan on low to medium heat, along with cinnamon, maple syrup & 1 tbsp maple syrup to start with – you can slowly add more water if you need, to make sure the maple syrup doesn’t burn.
    4. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the pears are soft and starting to fall apart. Divide the mixture between 4 ramekins and set aside.
    5. To a blender, add half of the RG Granola and half of the maple syrup and pulse a few times until the mixture clumps and sticks together.
    6. Place mixture into a medium bowl, and add the remaining rg granola, maple syrup, and melted butter.  Mix until well combined.
    7. Spoon the pear mixture into ramekins, then top with the granola crumble mixture. 
    8. Place on a tray and into the oven for 15-20 minutes until the pears are bubbling underneath and the crumble
