Grilled Lemon Lime Nectarine Toast

Ingredients
- 4 Slices Sourdough fruit toast
- 160g Plain Greek Yoghurt (or any type of yoghurt you prefer)
- 2 Nectarines, thinly sliced
- 1-2 Tbsp RG Lemon Lime Agrumato Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Walnuts, chopped finely
- 3-4 Mint leaves, finely chopped
Directions
- Drizzle a generous amount of RG Lemon Lime Agrumato Olive Oil over the slices of fruit toast, then grill/toast until well-cooked and golden.
- Add large dollops of yogurt and spread them over the toast.
- Add the sliced peaches, then sprinkle the walnuts and mint on top.
- Finally, drizzle a little more RG Lemon Lime Agrumato Olive Oil and serve.
