Grilled Lemon Lime Nectarine Toast

A summer favourite, perfect for a leisurely brunch or a sophisticated snack. Enjoy this fresh Grilled Lemon Lime Nectarine Toast.

  • 4 Slices Sourdough fruit toast
  • 160g Plain Greek Yoghurt (or any type of yoghurt you prefer)
  • 2 Nectarines, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 Tbsp RG Lemon Lime Agrumato Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Walnuts, chopped finely
  • 3-4 Mint leaves, finely chopped


  1. Drizzle a generous amount of RG Lemon Lime Agrumato Olive Oil over the slices of fruit toast, then grill/toast until well-cooked and golden.
  2. Add large dollops of yogurt and spread them over the toast.
  3. Add the sliced peaches, then sprinkle the walnuts and mint on top.
  4. Finally, drizzle a little more RG Lemon Lime Agrumato Olive Oil and serve.
