A delicious Easter treat in cocktail form!
- 25mL Billson's Coffee Liqueur
- 25mL Echuca Distillery Hot Cross Bun Gin
- 1 or 2 fresh shots of Espresso - with crema
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nib & Noble Cocoa Powder
- Jar to shake - a recycled jar works well
- Handful of ice
- Chocolate shavings
- Cinnamon stick
- In a jar, combine the Coffee Liqueur, Hot Cross Bun Gin and the shot of espresso. Add the cacao powder, add the ice. Shake vigorously.
- Pour into martini glass and top with freshly shaved chocolate and a cinnamon stick. Happy Easter, enjoy!
