Hot Cross Bun Martini Cocktail

A delicious Easter treat in cocktail form!



  • 25mL Billson's Coffee Liqueur
  • 25mL Echuca Distillery Hot Cross Bun Gin
  • 1 or 2 fresh shots of Espresso - with crema
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Nib & Noble Cocoa Powder
  • Jar to shake - a recycled jar works well
  • Handful of ice

  • Chocolate shavings
  • Cinnamon stick


  1. In a jar, combine the Coffee Liqueur, Hot Cross Bun Gin and the shot of espresso. Add the cacao powder, add the ice. Shake vigorously. 
  2. Pour into martini glass and top with freshly shaved chocolate and a cinnamon stick. Happy Easter, enjoy!
