- • 1 cup frozen mango
- • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple (If you would prefer a more pine lime tasting smoothie you can swap the mango & pineapple measurements)
- • 1/2 avocado
- • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
- • 1 Cup spinach leaves - packed firmly
- • 1 Cup kale - chopped roughly and packed firmly
- • 3/4 to 1 cup milk (depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be)
- Add all your ingredients into a large Blender. You can add half the milk to begin with, and continue to add to the smoothie until you reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into an 'on the go' flask and enjoy all the healthy green goodness!
