Green Power Smoothie

Get your antioxidant hit straight up in the morning with this healthy and vibrant, nutrient-rich Green Smoothie. Our Early harvest EVOO is packed with high polyphenols and vitamins and when whizzed up you will experience creaminess like no other.

Ingredients

  • • 1 cup frozen mango
  • • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple (If you would prefer a more pine lime tasting smoothie you can swap the mango & pineapple measurements)
  • • 1/2 avocado
  • • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • • 1 Cup spinach leaves - packed firmly
  • • 1 Cup kale - chopped roughly and packed firmly
  • • 3/4 to 1 cup milk (depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be)

Directions

  1. Add all your ingredients into a large Blender. You can add half the milk to begin with, and continue to add to the smoothie until you reach your desired consistency. 
  2. Pour into an 'on the go' flask and enjoy all the healthy green goodness!
