Green Goddess Smoothie

All you need is a blender, a banana, a cup of spinach, a green apple, a cup of nut milk, a dash of EVOO and a few minutes of your time for a super healthy delicious start to the day.

Ingredients

1 x Banana (chop into 2cm squares)
1 x cup Spinach (roughly chopped)
1 x Green Apple (Peel and cut into 2cm squares)
1 x cup Nut Milk (Almond / Cashew or milk of your choice)
1 x tbsp Rich Glen Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

This recipe is so easy... whip out your favourite blender and add in all ingredients, whiz until everything is well blended and there's a nice froth on top ... and then pour into a chilled tall glass.
