Dubai Pistachio Choc Bites
We’ve taken the internet-famous Dubai chocolate and added our signature twist. Rich 70% dark chocolate meets our zesty Rich Glen Lemon Lime Agrumato Oil for a bold, citrusy lift. Inside? A dreamy layer of pistachio spread mixed with crunchy hazelnuts, sealed in silky chocolate and chilled to perfection.

Ingredients
- 200g Dark Chocolate (at least 70%)
- 1 Tbsp Rich Glen Agrumato Lemon Lime Oil
- 1/4 Cup Pistachio Spread - purchase this instore
- 2 Tbsp Hazelnuts, Chopped finely
Directions
- Break the dark chocolate into pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl with the Agrumato Lemon Lime Oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each cavity of a mini muffin or slice tray—just enough to cover the bottom. Place the tray in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set.
- While the chocolate sets, combine the pistachio spread and hazelnuts in a bowl and mix well. Once the base layer is set, add a heaped tablespoon of the pistachio mixture to each chocolate base. Gently spread it out into a thin, even layer.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the top of each, covering the pistachio layer. Return the tray to the fridge and allow to fully set for at least 1–2 hours.
- Once set, enjoy your delicious treats!
