A mixture of earthy green and black olives, ground into a textured paste, bursting with flavours of garlic, capers and preserved lemons. A Distinct almond crunch with the natural sweetness of olive-leaf honey, and a mild heat from local dried chillies.
Served with crusty crackers on a regional sharing platter, or stir through polenta and gnocchi to add a burst of flavour.
