When will I get my order?

We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 4-14 business days. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

What does shipping cost?

Domestic and International orders under $120 AUD will incur an automatically calculated delivery charge for standard shipping. Shipping on orders of $120 AUD or more receive free shipping up to $25 AUD value. If the shipping charge for an order over $120 AUD exceeds $25 AUD you will only pay for the difference. 

Bulk 10L and 20L Extra Virgin Olive Oil is excluded from Free Shipping.

During Free Shipping or Express Shipping offers, the minimum order amount and shipping discount amount may be altered at any time.

Can I send my order overseas?

We currently ship orders to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Norfolk Island, Fiji, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong SAR, India, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, United States*, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, and Germany. 

If you live outside of these regions but still want to place an order, there may be additional rules or regulations on some of our products.

*Please note all United States orders have been suspended until further notice. 

What if I need to change my order?

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please call +61 3 574 33776 or email orders@richglenoliveoil.com immediately. Please note that our customer service department is closed on Saturday, Sunday and most public holidays. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped.
