About Us

Welcome to
Rich Glen Estate

Let us introduce ourselves. We are Ros & Daimien Vodusek. Combining our talents as a trained chef and butcher, we took over the Rich Glen estate in 2000 from Daimien’s parents and started selling olive oil from the back room of our Edwardian home. Before we knew it, word spread, and the business grew, soon taking over our entire house!

We now produce 150 olive-oil based food and skin-care products right here on the estate as well as showcase outstanding local produce in our provedore.

Our Passion

“Premium products made on farm.. It all starts with the essential ingredient… olives. We grow, pick, press, create and package 150 products on farm.”

Experience Rich Glen

Daimien and Rosalind Vodusek moved onto the property in 2006. Rosalind (Nee Stillard) came from a farming family of five generations in the Barooga area. Together they sought the same dream; to raise their family on the farm with good old-fashioned work ethics and values. A little shop was set up in one of the kid’s bedrooms of the family home starting with an “Honesty Box”, with the kids, nan and pop, neighbours and friends serving while Ros set about experimenting with producing a range of healthy, top quality extra virgin olive oil condiments.

Four years down the track, the little shop was bursting at the seams so the decision was made to renovate the family home into the farmgate store which opened on the 8th of June 2012. This is where their whirlwind of a journey began... and continues to evolve today...We love what we do and hope to keep coming up with “fresh” ideas so that your experience is one to come back from time and time again.

Rich Glen now has 36,000 olive trees, 100 avocado trees and bottles more then 200,000 litres of extra virgin olive oil each year.

We continue to grow, with quality and community at the heart of everything we make.
