Nicely balanced balsamic with a hint of sweet orange

We always have this delicious balsamic on hand and have a number of converts in the family! We particularly love it on a range of garden salads but particularly like it with goat's fetta and walnut salads.

I absolutely love Rich Glen's Blood Orange Balsamic.I use it as a salad dressing with a little olive oil (Rich Glen of course!), and it never fails to generate approving comments from family and guests. But I also use it liberally in a marinade that I make for pork ribs Bali-style - combining it with sweet soy (ABC Sauce), grated fresh ginger and crushed garlic.
