A citrus flavour-packed salt rub with extra virgin olive oil, local dried lemons and a peppery bite! Sensational addition as a marinade or just rub it on fish, chicken and veggies! Made-on-farm in Yarrawonga! 100% All Australian!
Rub & marinate chicken, seafood, lamb, vegetables & tofu, then oven bake or chargrill on the bbq. Use sparingly to your taste, add more olive oil as needed.

After being given a jar of the BAR-B-Q MEAT RUB, when it ran out, I splashed out on getting a number of your other products. Only recently did I get around to opening the ZESTY HERB RUB. By comparison it was such a disappointment. It turned my chicken into a salt lick. Seriously waaaaaaay too much salt! The BBQ rub was great. The lamb rub, marginally too salting. The Zesty Herb Rub, a salt disaster. Not sure if I got an out of whack batch, but it's such a shame, as I have loved the other products
