6 Ingredient Simple Guac

6 ingredient simple guacamole!

Simple, minimal ingredients & ready for guests in under 5 minutes! Our secret to a zesty guacamole is a drizzle of Rich Glen Zesty Lemon Lime Dressing.

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados, mashed
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp Rich Glen Garlic Salt (or Rich Glen Chilli Salt for extra kick of spice)
  • 1 tbsp Rich Glen Zesty Lemon Lime Dressing
  • Squeeze of fresh lime juice
  • Dona Cholita corn chips to serve (find these in store at Rich Glen!)

Directions

  1. Mash the avocados in a medium bowl until your desired consistency.
  2. Add the diced red onion, chopped coriander and Rich Glen Garlic Salt (or Chilli Salt).
  3. Stir through the Rich Glen Zesty Lemon Lime Dressing and a squeeze of fresh lime juice until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve with Dona Cholita Corn Chips and enjoy!
