Our Wild Infused Olive Oils were inspired by the incredible flavours we experienced while traveling through Slovenia last year. The wild truffles had an intense earthiness, the garlic was bold and robust, and the basil grew in abundance—lush and full, allowed to reach its peak flavour. Parmesan was everywhere, stacked high on counters across Europe, a staple in daily life. Garlic, parmesan, and basil—these are the flavours I can’t live without, especially when they’re not in season on the farm."
