Sweet red peppers blended with tangy verjuice and kaffir lime. Bold flavours of garlic and ginger, with the added spice of freshly dried Chillies.
As a sauce on smoky barbecued meats, or served on a regional charcuterie board with blue or soft cheeses, and crusty sourdough crackers.

I love having a variety of different textures and flavours on my cheese platters. This is a great addition.
This sweet red pepper jam is SO GOOD! I’ve used it with chicken (a dessert spoon in the skillet with chicken breast), with veggies, as a base on rye bread before topping with avocado and of course with soft cheese on crackers. The sky’s the limit! I now buy 3 at a time.
